1. Shipping Policy
We offer both physical products (such as custom stickers, jersey font kits, and patches) and digital products (such as downloadable vector graphics and fonts). Delivery terms vary depending on the product type.
1.1 Physical Products
- Handling & Processing Time: All physical items are made-to-order or prepared individually. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for order processing, quality checking, and packaging before shipment. Processing times may be slightly extended during peak holiday seasons.
- Shipping Rates & Calculations: Shipping costs are calculated dynamically based on the total order amount and the destination delivery address. The exact, final shipping fee will be presented transparently at the checkout screen before you complete your payment.
- Free Shipping Promotion: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all physical product orders with a total order value of $25.00 USD or more (after discounts and before taxes).
- Tracking and Delivery: Once your package is dispatched, a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number will be sent immediately. Standard transit times apply based on the selected courier service and your location.
1.2 Digital Products
- Instant Delivery & Zero Shipping Fees: Digital products incur absolute zero shipping fees. Delivery is fully automated and instantaneous upon successful payment clearance.
- Accessing Your Download: Once payment is successfully processed, an automated email containing secure download links will be dispatched immediately to the email address provided at checkout. You can also access your downloads via your account dashboard on our website if you were logged in during purchase.
2. Cancellation & Modification Policy
- Physical Products: Order cancellation or modification requests (e.g., changing shipping addresses) are accepted strictly within 12 hours of order placement. Once processing begins or a tracking number is generated, the order cannot be altered or cancelled.
- Digital Products: Due to their automated, immediate delivery nature, digital product orders cannot be cancelled or amended once payment is completed.
3. Refund and Return Policy
Our refund policy is distinguished by product type due to the inherent differences between tangible assets and digital downloads.
3.1 Physical Products (Returns & Refunds)
We accept returns on physical items within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following standard operating conditions:
- Return Eligibility: Items must be unused, unaltered, in their original condition, and packed in their original packaging. Custom-made or fully personalized items are exempt from standard returns unless they arrive defective.
- Return Shipping Costs:
- Buyer’s Responsibility: For standard returns driven by customer preference (e.g., changing your mind, ordering the wrong size/style, subjective variations), the buyer is fully responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Seller’s Responsibility: If the return is caused by a verifiable merchant error (e.g., item arrived damaged, defective, or the incorrect item/size/font was shipped), DIYSTICKER will cover all return shipping costs and issue a full replacement or complete refund.
3.2 Digital Products (No Refunds)
- Strict No-Refund Policy: Due to the unique and irreversible nature of digital downloads (including font files, vector graphics, and digital patterns), all digital sales are final. Once a download link is delivered, generated, or accessed, we do not support or accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for digital products under any circumstance.
- Please double-check file specifications, software compatibility, and product descriptions carefully prior to initiating a purchase.
4. How to Initiate a Return or Request Assistance
If you need to return a physical item, or if you encounter any technical difficulties downloading your digital product, please follow these steps:

For international shipments of physical goods, please note that the recipient is the importer of record. You may be subject to import duties, customs tariffs, and local taxes levied by your country’s customs department. These additional regulatory clearance fees are completely beyond our control and must be fulfilled entirely by the buyer.
